Missing Crown Prince Overview
In this sweet romantic-comedy series, the Crown Prince Yi Geon is kidnapped by Choi Myung-yoon, a woman with varied skills of excelling degrees. However, that action leaves Joseon in a state of disarray, leaving Queen Dowager Min Soo-ryun to suffer the consequences and stop the country’s downfall. However, out on the run, the kidnapper and kidnapee’s rocky relationship starts to go from rocky to one of warmth and love and soon the Crown Prince starts to wonder whether Myung-yoon can be his wife.
The historical comedy is a spin-off of Bossam: Steal the Fate, this drama is expected to be funny and warm but with a twist.
EXO Suho was last seen in 2023’s Arthdal Chronicles: The Sword of Aramun and Behind Your Touch, while Hong Ye-ji was last seen in 2024’s Love Song For Illusion and the 2023 movie 2037. In the first episode of the series, we are introduced to the Crown Prince and his kingdom and hopefully given a backstory about his family and how his father, King Haejong, ascended the throne through a rebellion. However, with a bloody night brewing in the horizon, the Prince has to run away, but this time he is kidnapped by the enchanting Myung-yoon – but what are the mysteries that the palace holds?
